It is a privilege to help clients move forward in their lives and confront fears, understandable resistances, and blocks related to achieving growth in personal, relational, and creative areas. I am heartened by the capacity we all have for growth and mastery around certain obstacles. It is equally rewarding to help creatives including writers, artists, performers, and entrepreneurs develop increased confidence, leadership, and productivity, as well as heighten their craft and skills.
I enjoyed a long career as a Manhattan Relational psychoanalyst and educator on numerous subjects, as well as published journal articles and presented my work at various training forums within Manhattan and internationally. I am pleased to bring extensive training and experience, as well as my background as a published author and poet, to sessions I provide as an Accredited Senior Coach, Accredited Senior Mentor, and Qualified Creativity Coach, specializing in holistic, depth-oriented Life and Creativity Coaching in addition to leadership and performance development. Given my professional background teaching and supervising on trauma and recovery, I bring compassionate understanding of how to deal with challenges necessary to manage difficult moments and forge ahead.
